Woodland Design

Trees can add variety and beauty to a landscape

Woods can be designed for many things: wildlife, recreation, sporting, beauty, timber production and often a combination of all these.

As a firm of experienced woodland architects, we can design a wood that meets your objectives and your budget and which allows you to access the large grants available for tree planting.

Project Profile:

We were commissioned by Scottish Coal to design and plant a new 44ha Community Woodland at St Ninian's in Fife. The design included many typical community woodland features such as footpaths, disabled access, car parking, viewpoints and signage. We were also involved in organising community planting events and in publicising the woodland in the local press.
